TCPs founder first started leading expeditions into tropical rainforest in the early 2000s. After working/climbing at a research field station in Panama, he realized that this arboreal world was out of sight and out of reach for the average person to experience and get inspired by. In 2003 he helped co-guide the first tropical tree climbing expedition, for novices and general public, our world has seen.

In 2007 TCP’s founder was invited to Brazil to train guides for an eco-village adventure company. Since that time TCP has partnered up with Amazon Emotions, on several occasions, to co-guide technical tree climbers and non-climbers into the canopy of the worlds largest forest – Amazonia!  This one-of-a-kind experience and is as organic and wild as the Amazon herself.
